Shipping Updates

Orders are packaged and shipped from Blue Ash, Ohio. If you are located on the west coast, your order will most likely take longer to receive.  

We cannot ship an order the same day it is placed. Most orders placed by 11 AM E.S.T are picked up within 2 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

At this time, like most retailers, due to COVID-19 , we may experience shipping delays or back orders on some items. We'll do all we can to get your product to you as quickly as possible. When an item you order turns up out of stock, we enter a subsequent order and shipment to be picked up at a later date. You will receive an e-mail notification should this occur. 

Shipping rates...
Our system calculates shipping costs automatically via USPS rates, based on the weight of your order and the location it is being shipped to. Any order over 1lb is automatically shipped Priority Mail and charged accordingly.  

Deliveries and delays ...
Shipping delays are currently possible for all USPS delivery options. 
USPS Priority mail, First class mail etc.  They may be significantly delayed due to current USPS staffing problems.  No refunds can be issued for packages not delivered when expected. 

Return to Sender ...
If we receive an order back from the post office, we will contact you to confirm your address.  If there is no response within 7 days, we will refund your order, less shipping cost.  Shipping will not be refunded.  


Sales Tax/Tax Exempt Customers

We are required to collect sales tax for personal orders originating in Ohio.

If you are a tax exempt organization, please provide us with a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your first order.
