Return Policy

Returns 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please CONTACT US at support@mysensorytools.com.  

Products may be returned for up to 30 days of delivery date. Returned products must be in brand new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

To obtain the required return authorization information, please call or text Customer Support at: 513-486-6574. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to defective merchandise or our error).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are honored upon request when your item/s either arrives damaged and you do not wish to receive a replacement or that you are simply dis-satisfied with your purchase.  Please send your request to support@mysensorytools.com 

Merchandise refunds will be processed within 2 days of your request but credit to your bank account will differ by bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. There is no need to return a damaged item, we will instead send a replacement upon your request. Please send your exchange request via email to support@mysensorytools.com. 

You never have to return an item for either buyers remorse or if your item arrives damaged.  Simply email us at support@mysensorytools.com to let us know you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will come to an amicable resolution within 24 hours.
